Job Description

As a product manager at Raibod, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and driving their success in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product strategy, prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality product releases. With a keen understanding of market trends and user feedback, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, defining user stories, and championing the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle. Your leadership and strategic insights will be instrumental in guiding our products to achieve maximum impact and market adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
  • Define and prioritize features and user stories based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time and within budget.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on insights.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product status, milestones, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; an MBA graduate, or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in product management roles, with a track record of successfully launching and managing digital products or services.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives.
  • Passion for fintech and a deep understanding of financial products, markets, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Agile/Scrum certification and experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
