Responsibilities:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the customer experience, identifying and addressing product gaps, and generating new ideas to increase market share, enhance customer experience, and drive growth.
- Foster buy-in for the product vision internally and among key external partners.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Prioritize and scope activities based on their business and customer impact.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure quick time-to-market and optimal resource allocation.
- Lead product launches in collaboration with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
- Act as a product evangelist, building awareness and understanding of the product.
- Represent the company by visiting customers to gather feedback on our products and services.
