As a product manager, you bridge the gap between the real world and the world of engineering and design by helping the team learn about the business aspects of their products and what makes users happy. You work with a wide variety of people including people from marketing, operations, accounting, engineering, data, and design teams. As a product manager, you help us with building the next big change in Iranians' mobile life
Responsibilities:
● Define and deliver product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
● Work with engineering, product designers, and business stakeholders to improve the efficiency of our internal operations and internal products, while improving customer experience.
● Manage incoming operational escalations, analyze issues, and implement long-term solutions through self-serve tools.
● Work with engineering teams to deliver a scalable architecture that not just meets current needs but considers future growth scenarios.
● Use Agile principles to write user stories, and plan and drive the software development of features.
● Manage and communicate dependencies with other teams.
● Define and enhance KPIs in conjunction with analytics and stakeholder teams that educate business decision-making.
● Prioritize between new features, architectural improvements, and operational excellence.
