- Working closely with the product team to develop and test strategies for activating
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to determine how well the product is performing in the market, how it impacts the company operations, and ultimately, how it contributes to profit.
- Ensuring the targeted segments are large enough to support the current and future business of the products.
- Illustrating market problems in a "story" that puts the problem in context, User stories are one component of requirements.
- Identifying opportunities by research, analyzing issues and problems, prioritizing process improvement, and developing solutions based on strategic direction.
- Submitting reports about roots of issues, problems, and related business recommendations.
- Analyzing effectiveness and efficiency of existing problems gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
- Conducting retention analyses that help identify investment opportunities.
- Analyzing data and data-driven decisions based on available data.
