Develop, lead, and implement purchasing strategies.

Communicate with suppliers regarding the timely supply of requested goods.
Cooperate in the identification and initial evaluation and selection of suppliers.
Check supplier performance monitoring reports and inform the supplier of the results.
Forecast price and market trends to identify changes in the balance of buyer and supplier power.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and develop needs and requirements, equipment, materials, and products.
Monitor and forecast warehouse inventory and future demand levels.
Monitor the payment process and suppliers' invoices.
Communicate with the planning manager regarding the timely supply of raw materials.
Prepare raw material supply reports and analysis of the reasons for deviation from the order requirement date and determine the amount and time of delivery of materials and products.
Track and report key performance metrics to reduce costs and improve effectiveness.
Resolve complaints from vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering fields, Management, or Animal Science.
Previous work experience in the livestock and poultry industry or similar industries is an advantage.
Experience as a purchasing manager or in a similar position.
Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
Hands-on experience in budgeting and purchasing management.
