Job Description

Daria Chem Trading Company specializes in sourcing and supplying raw materials for oil, gas, petrochemical, lubricant additives, paint, coating, and polymer industries. As a reputable private company, we seek a procurement specialist to join our expanding procurement team.

Responsibilities:

• Create/edit Items, vendor registrations in the ERP system.
• Coordinate internally to expedite approvals at every stage.
• Follow up with vendors to avail technical details and samples, and communicate regularly with respective teams.
• Follow up with the supplier to get the material in time and report to line managers timely to address any bottlenecks.
• Support Logistics, Finance to coordinate documents and information from suppliers to ensure timely GRN, invoice posting.
• Price analysis for export materials in each quarter from different suppliers.
• Look for new markets for petrochemical materials to export.
• Register in a petrochemical company to get a weekly offer price for their products.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in related fields. 
• At least 5 years of experience in a commercial department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
