Job Description

• Control and management of organizational projects • Coordination of follow-up; Monitoring and reporting on project progress • Identify and analyze the development, monitoring and improvement of organizational processes • Using process analysis methods • Designing forms and compiling the necessary organizational instructions in order to implement work processes • Preparation and presentation of descriptive and analytical management reports • Documenting and preparing management reports and presenting them

Requirements

• Related working experience: 2 years minimum • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering • Ability to identify, model and redesign business processes based on the BPMN standard • Adequate familiarity with business processes in various fields, especially supply chain, warehousing and production • Familiarity with database and SQL design concepts • Process modeling using BPMN • Ability to hold training sessions • Gender: Preferably male • Maximum age: 35 years • Familiarity with Microsoft visio software and related software • Skills in using Office software (PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel) • Ability to translate texts and articles related to the field of work • Strong public relations, high negotiation power to discover the basic needs of the organization • Active and persistent spirit to perform team activities • Have critical thinking to discover hidden relations between data and processes • Careful attention details to examine relations between data and processes • Mathematical skills for data analysis
