Arsen Logistics is an international transport company specializing in road freight solutions between Europe and the Middle East. We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Pricing Coordinator to join our team.
This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating pricing with our Sofia operations team, issuing final offers, and ensuring confirmed orders are accurately entered into our system.
Key Responsibilities
Receive transport inquiries from existing and potential customers
Coordinate rates and solutions with the our team in Sofia
Prepare and send final quotations to customers in a timely manner
Follow up on offers and receive customer confirmations
Register confirmed orders accurately in the company system
Maintain clear communication between clients and operation team
Requirements
Experience in international logistics or freight forwarding (road freight preferred)
Good understanding of pricing, quotations, and transport processes
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work with multiple teams and manage several inquiries simultaneously
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Good command of MS Office and logistics/CRM systems
