Job Description

- Develop and monitor procedures and standards for the PMO and projects - Manage PMO team, negotiate and cooperate with other departments and project managers to monitor projects closely - Prepare projects formation Portfolio - Manage portfolios and programs - Manage portfolio level risk, issue and change - Manage escalation process according to the project management plans - Design, implement and manage projects progress and manage information systems and launch of relevant reports dashboards - Evaluate project execution and development to determine if projects are proceeding within available resources and budgets - Evaluate and update data regarding schedule dates, project accruals - Develop and document project planning - Evaluate and raise project early warning signals to project managers - Go on business trips

Requirements

-BEng/ MEng in industrial engineering or other fields of engineering, MBA, DBA - PMP certification -At least 12 years of experience, including 5 years as project manager or PMO manager - Experience as project planning and control manager - Excellent knowledge of PMBOK and other project management standards - Skillful at project management and control software such as Office, MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, etc. - General knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and engineering principles - General knowledge of management - Excellent teamwork, time management, problem-solving ability - Excellent command of English - Ideal age: 35-45
