Job Description

● Conduct systematic root cause analysis of problems to ensure permanent resolution and/or escalate with a proper problem description and documentation when the root cause is not identified. ● Handle claims and provide technical support and guidance to escalated claims per the claims process and through the quality department, including root cause analysis. ● Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve both mechanical and automation malfunctions and breakdowns. ● Prepare and submit timesheets, service reports, drawings, and other documents related to the assigned task. ● Train customers when needed in instrument operation and maintenance. ● Travel to the other provinces and foreign countries.

Requirements

● Fluent in English. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics. ● At least five years of work experience. ● Fluent in software and hardware of automation and PLC for implementation and commissioning. ● Fluent in control, instrumentation, and electrical panel. ● Fluent in designing and reading electrical and P&ID maps. ● Fluent in HMI software and hardware for implementation and setup. ● Fluent in TIA Portal, Win cc, and Step 7. ● Ability to do teamwork. ● Interest in technical work. ● A regular, committed, and responsible person. ● Interested in carrying out extra-organizational missions. ● Interested in learning and career advancement. ● Basic knowledge of internetworking, network security, and routing protocols.
