Job Description
•Develop, update, and monitor the production plan based on demand forecasts, production line capacity, inventory levels, and operational constraints.
•Plan the procurement of raw materials, crude oil, and other production requirements to ensure uninterrupted production and prevent material shortages.
•Monitor production capacity, downtime, maintenance schedules, and process constraints, and prepare practical and executable production plans.
•Monitor and analyze inventories of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize costs.
•Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by preparing reports, analyzing data, and providing planning scenarios.
•Track and analyze production planning KPIs, identify deviations, and recommend improvement initiatives.
•Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, Logistics, and Quality Control teams to ensure effective execution of production plans.
•Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the development of analytical tools and planning systems.

Job Requirements
•Familiarity with Production Planning and Supply Chain Management (SCM) principles.
•Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Master Production Scheduling (MPS), inventory control, and demand forecasting.
•Understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably within the FMCG industry.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production, inventory, and sales data.
•Ability to prepare reports and analyze business information.
•Strong planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
•Effective communication, cross-functional coordination, and teamwork abilities.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
•Familiarity with ERP systems.
•Basic working knowledge of English.
