Job Description

ᴧ Job Specific Accountabilities:
• Run pilot-scale mixers, reactors, retorts, fryers, laminators, and bakery lines.
• Record all process parameters and maintain full traceability.
• Support R&D teams with trial execution and documentation.
• Train GW assistants on equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Maintain equipment hygiene, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Support sensory sample preparation.
Requirements:
ᴧ Education: Bachelor’s in engineering/food technology.
ᴧ Language: Upper Intermediate English level
ᴧ Skills: MS Office, analytical software, lab instruments. Pilot plant processes across categories,
FSMS & safety protocols, Scale-up fundamentals.
ᴧ Experience: 3–5 years pilot plant or production experience
