Job Description
- Collect and compile HR metrics from different sources.
- Identify, develop, and support the HR reporting and data needs.
- Track and analyze data and statistics to find the key trends and patterns for HR department.
- Ensure that the data and insights are reported in a transparent and proper way.
- Prepare the HR reports, results and insights for HR department.
- Make recommendations based on the results and insights that driven from the data analysis.
- Assist HR manager in data analysis and report preparation.
- Conduct various HR surveys and analyze the results.
- Contribute and collaborate in HR planning and budgeting.
- Do other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Knowledge of HR functions.
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of working with data analysis and dashboarding tools.
- High communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- At least one year of experience in a similar position.
