Job Description

  • Collect and compile HR metrics from different sources.
  • Identify, develop, and support the HR reporting and data needs.
  • Track and analyze data and statistics to find the key trends and patterns for HR department.
  • Ensure that the data and insights are reported in a transparent and proper way.
  • Prepare the HR reports, results and insights for HR department.
  • Make recommendations based on the results and insights that driven from the data analysis.
  • Assist HR manager in data analysis and report preparation.
  • Conduct various HR surveys and analyze the results.
  • Contribute and collaborate in HR planning and budgeting.
  • Do other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Knowledge of HR functions.
  • Good command of English.
  • Knowledge of working with data analysis and dashboarding tools.
  • High communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar position.
