DigiExpress is a forward-thinking logistic company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. We are looking for a professional and motivated People Analytics and Organization Development Supervisor to join our HR team and lead our people analytics and organization development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Headcount planning and reporting.
• Update organizational structure.
• Prepare job descriptions.
• Develop career paths.
• Generate HR reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for HR Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Provide analytical reports on organizational matters and translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Automate data collection and analysis processes for HR.
• Develop and manage human resources dashboards.
• Generate reports and analyze metrics and trends related to aspects such as Time To Hire (TTH), tenure, etc., and create human resources reports.
• Gather and evaluate data using statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to identify patterns and trends.
• Present data-driven insights to enhance processes, strategies, and decision-making.
• Provide training and support to the HR team and other stakeholders on HR data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices.
