Job Description

POSITION SNAPSHOT:

Location: Tehran - Islamic Republic of Iran;
Company: Nestlé Iran - Tehran Office; Full-Time;

POSITION SUMMARY:

Monitor the execution of all announced policies, regarding sales, distribution, and customer services in the HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, confectioneries) and OOH (Out of Home) or businesses, by the use of proper planning in order to ensure coverage, profitability, and achievement of agreed volume and targets.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive volume growth & market share.
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities to increase coverage across all possible regions and sectors (café, restaurant, hotels, co-working spaces, offices, universities, etc.)
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, product performance & repeat business.
  • Collaborate extensively with the business team to architect customized & exclusive products, a tasting and training program tailored for the customers in terms of both product type and pricing.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and develop long-term partnerships to maximize value for both parties.
  • Develop and execute a customer business review plan on an annual/quarterly/monthly basis.
  • Lead on full year budget planning for respective channel and monitoring the performance vs budget spent to evaluate activities efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies/ activities within the channel/customers to drive sales growth and win in the channel.
  • Monitor and track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt strategies proactively.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain to forecast product demand and manage stock levels specific to the distributor.

What Will Make You Successful?

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development in the horsecar and OOH channel. (preferably in coffee, FMCG beverage).
  • Strong network and knowledge of the local or regional Horsecar and OOH landscape.
  • Experience working with distributors, foodservice partners, and B2B customers is a plus.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong commercial acumen and result-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Comfortable with regular travel visits.
  • Fluency in English required.
