Job Description
•Designing and implementing organizational development programs, including job analysis, job grading, organizational structure, performance management system, career path, competency models and assessment.
•Contribute to employee engagement and culture-building initiatives through data collection, feedback analysis, and action planning support.
•Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials related to OD projects.
• Support the maintenance, data accuracy, and continuous improvement of HRIS systems.
•Develop, update, and analyze HR dashboards (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, recruitment metrics, engagement results).
•Provide analytical insights and recommendations using HR data to support decision-making.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in OD, HR analytics, HRIS, or general HR roles.
•Strong analytical abilities with experience in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with HR data tools or dashboard platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
•High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•Passion for people development, organizational improvement, and data-informed decision-making.
