Job Description

•Main Objective: We are looking for an Operations Manager to manage the order fulfillment process including order entry, administration, and shipping. Oversees the order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with the company's standard. •Main Responsibilities: -Work with fulfillment team to ensure that goods are accounted for and ready to ship -Build pick/pack batches each day throughout the day to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner -Work with fulfillment team to receive incoming shipments -Oversee returns process to ensure that returns are received and processed in a timely manner -Ensure that team members follow good inventory management practices by making sure that all inventory movements are tracked in the software -Ensure that wholesale orders are shipped according to the appropriate routing guide -Work closely with commercial team to ensure that goods are ready for shipments to E-Commerce customers
