Job Description

At Goldiran Development Group, we are seeking an experienced office coordinator to join our team. As an office coordinator, you will be responsible for the office support to ensure the flawlessness of all administrative, reception, and building facilities to create a safe and high-standard work environment for personnel; assist the managing directors in all requests to ensure optimal use of her/his time on key business issues;

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the managers with requests to ensure optimum use of his time on key business issues.
  • Support the whole managers’ meeting and appointment schedules in the office and in holding to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
  • Organize the internal communication process.
  • Draft letters and reports as appropriate.
  • Act as the point of contact between the managers and internal/external clients.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Liaise with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
  • Source and provide office supplies.
  • Support mission travels.

Requirements

  • Three years of professional experience in office matters.
  • Fluent in MS Office and at least intermediate English proficiency.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Up-to-dated with the latest office gadgets and applications.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
