Job Description

• Help to establish a compliant health and safety culture in the plant.
• Cooperate with the HR department to follow up with employees on sick leave and manage absenteeism.
• Help employees to return to work under conditions following an accident or illness.
• Supervise employees in terms of health protection.
• Develop and support the leadership team in their responsibilities to protect health and promote considerations of health aspects.
• Manage external health services and coordinate information.
• Lead the first aid team.
• Responsible for workplace health promotion and prevention.
• Implement and adapt the local, cluster, regional, and global health strategy and ensure compliance.
• Responsible for the reporting and statistics linked to employee health.
• Collaborate with Health organizations in regard to minutes of meetings, committees, and all other regulations.
• Responsible for approval of all the newcomer's medical conditions before joining.
• Responsible for annual medical check-ups, pollution tests, safety inspections, reports, and analysis of the data.
