Job Description

. Conduct regular safety, occupational health, and environmental inspections.

. Be familiar with drilling rigs and related operations.

. Coordinate with relevant authorities on HSE matters.

. Organize and deliver HSE training sessions for site personnel.

. Develop and implement control measures for hazards, risks, and environmental aspects.

. Record and follow up on nonconformities, corrective, and preventive actions.

. Manage requests, usage, and maintenance of safety equipment and materials.

. Plan and conduct emergency response drills.

. Monitor and assess safety, health, and environmental risks and propose mitigation actions.

. Supervise contractors’ compliance with HSE requirements and report HSE performance indicators periodically.
