Job Description

- Troubleshoot Mahannet IP services and networks - Provide customer support to business clients - Monitor Mahannet networks and responding to issues - Provide technical and inter unit reports - Maintain, update, optimize and develop the company's network platform using the latest technologies and protocols in the world - Design topologies and solutions needed for different situations

Requirements

- Proficient at concepts of routing and switching - Proficient at configuration of Cisco and Microtek equipment - Previous experience in an Internet Service Provider Center for a minimum of 3 years preferred - Strong network problem solving, analytical and diagnostic skills - Familiar with monitoring and NMS systems - Knowledge of CCNP R&S - Knowledge of CCIE R&S or CCIE - Familiar with Linux and network services under the operating system - High responsibility and commitment - Ability to work within a team - Excellent learning skills - Ability to work in stressful situations
