Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of solid hands-on Cisco routing and switching experience; 2+ years of experience with firewalls and VPN technologies; 2+ years of experience with VoIP technologies.
• Excellent documentation skills including Visio diagrams.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional certification is required.
• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert certification is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Fortigate.
• Hands-on experience with Mikrotik.Hands-on experience with FreePBX.
• Experience with Layer 2 technologies: VLANs, VTP, and STP.
• Experience with Security Technologies: DMZ, IPsec, and DAI.
• Strong knowledge of network components (WAN and LAN).
• Excellent logical analysis and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work well with other groups to plan, design, and implement functional networks.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure situation.
• Familiar with ITIL and Ticketing Systems.
• Teamwork ability.
