Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local and international agents.
  • Expand the company’s network to meet current and future client demands.
  • Ensure agents deliver high-quality service aligned with customer expectations.
  • Manage and support a team of 5 network coordination staff.
  • Act as a liaison between the network/operations team and internal clients (mainly the sales department).
  • Monitor service delivery and proactively resolve issues or bottlenecks.
  • Maintain frequent communication with global partners and handle negotiations.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
  • Ensure smooth operations across shipping, transit, stuffing, and warehousing services.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or agent management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills (experience leading a team of 5 or more).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public relations skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • In-depth knowledge of international logistics processes, including shipping, transit, stuffing, and warehousing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders such as sales and operations teams.
  • High level of responsibility, organization, and initiative.
