Job Description

•Main Objective: Fakour company is seeking talented persons to expand its telco OSS product support team •Main Responsibilities: -Monitoring servers, applications, database, and 3rd party tools and technologies and taking actions accordingly as per the instructions being given to you -Working as a member of a diverse team of technical experts -Participating in training, upgrading skills related to current and future technologies -Mitigating or resolving incoming incident and support requests and escalate to appropriate teams as necessary

Requirements

-Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and interest in knowledge upgrading -Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities in a high-pressure environment -Rotational Shiftwork -Work in customer place -Expertise: Linux/UNIX command-line instructions -Good command of English
