Molecular Production & Planning Specialist

Location: Karaj, Iran

A leading biotechnology company in molecular production is seeking a Molecular Production & Planning Specialist to join its technical team.

The role involves working in a cleanroom environment, managing molecular production, washing, and packaging operations, and ensuring high accuracy, strong documentation, effective planning, and full compliance with GMP and laboratory standards.


Key Responsibilities

Execute molecular production processes, including sample preparation and reagent formulation

Perform washing, cleaning, and packaging of molecular products under sterile conditions

Work in cleanroom environments in accordance with GMP and biosafety regulations

Operate pipettes (samplers) and other lab instruments precisely and efficiently

Read, interpret, and execute English-language scientific protocols

Perform dilution and stoichiometric calculations accurately

Plan, organize, and monitor production workflows to meet project timelines and quality goals

Record, document, and report laboratory data clearly and consistently

Collaborate with the R&D team to improve production efficiency and process quality

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in molecular production or laboratory work

Hands-on experience with cleanroom operations, washing, and packaging processes

Excellent English proficiency (reading and executing technical protocols)

Strong planning and organizational skills

Proficiency in dilution and stoichiometric calculations

High accuracy, discipline, responsibility, and teamwork ability
