Job Description
● Lead medical team activities related to the whole franchise.
● Final review and approval of all promotional material, PR and MCM, slide sets, training materials, advisory board contents, and scientific events contents
● Lead KOL interaction, advocacy development, and territory mapping of MSLs
● Provide strategic guidance for developing an annual medical tactical plan
● Scientific events and congress attendance.
● Ensure all medical activities are planned, executed, and run in compliance with Varian Pharmed SOP
● Ensure the pharmacovigilance process is implemented and followed.
● Manage resources as appropriate to address business needs.
● Lead regular team meetings, updates, and track progress against priority.
