Accountable for building and maintaining trusted scientific relationships and a credible scientific reputation for company products.
Play a key role in almost all medical affairs and clinical trial tasks.
Supervise all medical activities of the company.
In close contact with sales and marketing teams and participating in their training.
Field visiting relevant KOLs to deliver medical content and develop strong scientific partnerships with them.
Provide medical input to be used to generate educational/promotional material.
Medically present the company’s products in the field and at events as a speaker.
Demonstrate a strategic approach to the implementation of scientific communication programs on disease areas and treatments.
Work in accordance with the company’s compliance and ethical regulations.
Supervise publications related to the brands.
Provide advice and answers to scientific questions raised by the sales and marketing team.
Advice to business development, marketing, and sales units on expanding the product portfolio of the company.
Develop up-to-date knowledge of the therapeutic area by reviewing the literature, discussing with KOLs, and key stakeholders, and attending scientific congresses.
Requirements
MD, or Doctor of Pharmacy.
At least 3 years of experience in the same position.
Good planning skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Medical and scientific writing skills.
Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market and strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
