Job Description

Execute preventive mechanical maintenance such as compressors, pumps, fans, heat exchangers, vessels, diesel generators, valves, etc.
Repair or replace faulty equipment or parts.
Contribute to the resolution of process problems.
Contribute to the management of spare inventory, tools, and testing equipment, understand and comply with the PTW system (especially with overrides, and isolation), and comply with the site health and safety rules and Iranian regulations.
Coach other technicians to a high level of competency.
Supervise general helpers and vendor technicians.
Prepare related reports as required.

Requirements

Technical college or advanced diploma in related disciplines or equivalent certificate, issued by authorized institutions.
At least 5 years of related experience for the advanced diploma and a minimum of 7 years of related experience for the equivalent certificate.
Knowledge of fault finding, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems such as compressors, pumps, fans, heat exchangers, vessels, diesel generators, valves, etc.
General computer skills.
Good teamwork ability.
Multi-disciplinary knowledge and background.
Knowledge of technical standards and regulations.
Knowledge of HSE standards and regulations.
Good attitude and a good understanding of SCE.
Self-starter who can follow directions and work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
English is the official company working language; all documents and internal/external correspondence are in English.
