POSITION SUMMARY
To coordinate and ensure the delivery of high quality HCP and HCI data, that meets the MFF CRM and Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) requirements for high value reporting, analytics and insights, that can assess and support strategic decisions/ directions and measure effectiveness of implementation on business results.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Technical outputs:
• To participate in device selection- and set up projects to ensure MFF CRM and Veeva compatibility and on- and offline accessibility for users.
• To support to the MFF with technical incidents reported and resolve via the local globe organization or the global support team.
• To support the global team with testing of upgrades, system/ process improvement proposals and user and agency license management.
• Support MFF efficiency in territory management via MFF CRM user training, set up, territory and HCP alignment and HCP and HCI migration as and when required, survey support for data collection, reporting on data cleanliness and quality, materials- and cycle management.
Key stakeholder in the CLM process to enhance MFF effectiveness, with responsibility for:
• Creating and updating HCP and HCI segmentation profiles in CRM, Interaction with the digital agency for testing the HCP engagement aids developed or updated, to ensure alignment to Veeva requirements and compatibility to use in CRM.
• Creating MFF CRM and CLM reports and dashboards as per the market requirement and share reports and insights with the CLM team as and when required for MFFE improvement purposes.
• Business intelligence and measuring of KPI achievement through the creation and analysis of business relevant reports based on the data (MFF effectiveness and CLM reports) in CRM, to inform the business of HCI and HCP usage, and advocacy status, usage potential, competitor insights, etc. for short term strategy and longer term ICP, OMP and MBS development.
• Ensure compliance in procedures for use of Nestle systems as well as sample- and material distribution through record keeping in MFF CRM with HCP signature data on acceptance (if required) and regular reporting on recorded violations as per market requirements.

Functional knowledge: External knowledge of regulations/codes, the industry and competitors and how it is applied in HCP and HCI Interactions and relates to CRM and CLM market implementation, management and reporting.
Functional knowledge: Internal knowledge of the Nestle company, Nutrition MFF related processes, the products, territory management, skills programmers and how it is applied in HCP and HCI interactions and relates to CRM and CLM market implementation, management and reporting.
Market and HCP Insight: Knowledge and understanding of market trends, economic situations, HCP demographics, National and Regional CRM data and the ability to contribute to Regional and National strategies and effective ICP, OMP and MBS, through CRM and CLM analytics.
Execution for Results - Support the drive for execution of strategies and tactics through supporting the Regional and National teams and Management with analytics and insights on execution of plans for different territories and team members.
Technical competencies and computer skills - to support the team with system related issues, system training, decision on appropriate devices, report creation and other functionalities in CRM and CLM.
