Job Description

● Identify target markets and the best ways to reach them. ● Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players. ● Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely ● Plan to achieve the goals of the marketing team. ● Identify and drive end-to-end process improvements with a focus on data validation and governance to increase speed to market and increase capacity. ● Plan and implement marketing campaigns according to the brand strategy. ● Plan to produce content according to brand touch points. ● Manage the performance and development of the allocated team.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising or managing others. ● Experience working in a medium to large organization. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or other related fields. ● Excellent relationship management, collaboration, and influence management skills. ● Strong verbal and written communication. ● Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change. ● Solutions-oriented. ● Operational mindset - process-oriented with ability and passion for getting into the details when needed. ● Proven track record of driving results.
