Job Description

● Plan marketing and branding objectives. ● Manage all activities within the marketing department. ● Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. ● Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities. ● Oversee the company’s marketing budget. ● Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results. ● Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications. ● Gather and analyze customer insight. ● Create a wide range of different marketing materials. ● Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. ● Analyze market trends and recommend changes to market and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. ● Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization. ● Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics. ● Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities. ● Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels, and partners to position the business as an innovator and leader.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Management Science; Master's degree in Marketing or an MBA graduate. ● At least 5 years of experience in marketing in pharmaceutical companies and the FMCG industry. ● Management skills. ● Negotiation skills. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Highly self-motivated and challenging. ● Innovative and sociable. ● Good command of marketing and advertising concepts and models. ● Ideal age range: 35 to 45 years old.
