Job Description

The responsibilities may include, but not limited to the following tasks: - Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. - Consult with product development personnel on product specifications, such as design, color, or packaging - Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or production managers, to market products or services. - Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. - Set the annual and Quarterly Marketing Plan, Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities, including ATL and BTL, and policies to promote products and services - Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans. - Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity - Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications. - Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches. - Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. - Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing. - Pro-actively anticipate competitor activities - Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys - Manage the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights for the category, share findings with the hub/zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with the country's needs - Implement trade marketing plans for relevant channels and product categories to achieve defined business objectives - Track monthly actual trade spend against sales and analyze return on investment of each trade activity. - Implement trade marketing standardized processes, tools, administrative activities (including approvals), etc. for smooth execution of trade marketing activities - Execute and track progress of above the line marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities, including in-store promotional initiatives - Work closely with internal stakeholders in the execution of trade marketing initiatives to ensure holistic integration of efforts to meet customers' needs - Work closely with clients and vendors to ensure execution of trade marketing plans (e.g. merchandising/planograms, trade promotions, in-store execution, etc.) - Reporting to: CEO

Requirements

- 5 years of experience in the same job group - Managerial work experience -Minimum bachelor's degree in management disciplines (business, marketing, business and international marketing, MBA and executive marketing majors) - Familiar with the knowledge of principles and methods for offering, advertising and selling products or services. Includes marketing strategies and tactics, product descriptions, sales techniques and sales control systems (preferably in distribution companies) - Understanding the types of media and familiarity with different media selection patterns - Negotiation Skills - Team working Skills - Highly self-motivated and challenging - Innovative and sociable - Willingness to put in long hours of work and achieve planned objectives - Eager to learn and ready to tackle new challenges - Ideal Age Range: 35-45
