Job Description

• Planning, Coordinating and delivering the off-line retail marketing activity with seasonal multi-channel marketing calendar. • Design, implement, and monitor marketing plans to develop company’s markets. • Working closely with the internal buying, merchandising, Creative and retail teams to manage seasonal model store critical path and sign off process and team to manage and ensure that all activity is managed on-time and within budget. • Overseeing and coordinating all local marketing activity. • Liaising with creative team to brief, amend and sign off all retail and offline brand marketing assets. • Manage and monitor execution of all marketing programs. • Work closely with the retail team to implement measure and report on all seasonal tactical and local marketing activity. • Communicating with creative/media agencies to co-ordinate all seasonal Brand activity for media, inserts and press advertising. • Maintaining an awareness of the competition and marketing best practice. • Measure success of various marketing campaigns • using the best marketing strategies. • Providing marketing materials based on prepared marketing plan & Sales need. • Working closely with e-commerce marketing teams regarding all brand marketing activity and promotions which feature online to create a multi-channel experience. • Develop a highly motivated and well performing marketing team. • Prepare marketing proposals in Farsi and English. • Prepare the regular reports, including activity and monthly reports.
