*Lead Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Manage all marketing, innovations, and product launches across
• Build an in-depth market understanding of consumers, local customer brands and market dynamics.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy (annual and quarterly roadmap).
• Identify market needs and opportunities through external and internal analysis.
• Be a strategic partner for the Commercial team on local strategy and planning.
• Build the brand story, product range, marketing assets and online & offline campaigns. Develop & execute a world-class omnichannel brand positioning initiative
*Strategic & Annual Planning
• Build long-term strategic plans with key partners covering portfolio, pricing, media, and competition
• Lead development of annual marketing plans with cross-functional input
• Master value chain and recipe costs to improve profitability in product mix
• Innovation & Portfolio Management
• Oversee local innovation funnel, recipe optimization, and portfolio strategies
