Requirements

-B.S. in Polymer, M.S. in Management/ engineering or MBA/ Economic field -Over 10 years of marketing experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in tire industry -Understanding the quiddity and Tire market’s features and mastering its analysis -Basic familiarity with the activities of the tire industry and mastery of history, current status, main cast and prospects of the domestic rubber production -Ability to identify and international markets analysis in the field of rubber -A brief knowledge of technical topics of rubber’ chemistry and its production and trade -Strong public relations -Patience and diligent and the ability to work under pressure -Committed to planning, teamwork and time frameworks -Committed to quality, creative and innovative at work with a strategic perspective on relevant affairs -Mastering the basic knowledge and skills of management, especially the ability to plan, supervise the organization and guide the team. -Systemic View and analytical skills -Opportunist, entrepreneurship, curiosity, prospective, dynamic personality -Familiar with communication techniques and media production -Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and related specialized software -Excellent command of reading and comprehension and spoken English
