Job Description
Objective of the post:
organizing the marketing department, establishing the sales office in the country and across the Middle East, creating a sales representative structure, increasing sales in accordance with the manufacturing plan.
List of responsibilities:
hiring and training required staff, planning on resources, monitoring the employees’ performances, marketing and sales planning.
Superordinate positions: Managing Director
Subordinate positions:
3 sales teams and 3 marketing teams.
Length of probation period: two months.
Working hours: based on long-term planning.
Travel requirements: once or twice per month across the country. Once or twice per year abroad.
Gross monthly salary based: basic salary: 6.5 million Tomans. Can be increased up to 10 million Tomans.
Commissions/ bonus/ benefits: rewards from sales, more rewards from organizations that are created.
