Job Description

Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a dynamic and adaptable Marketing Manager to spearhead our clients' growth endeavors. This pivotal role encompasses ensuring the alignment of all marketing materials with our brand identity, meticulously tracking and evaluating advertising campaign performance, and cultivating a cohesive brand presence across a diverse array of online and offline platforms.

Responsibilities:

Translating overarching strategies into concrete, measurable action plans.
Supervising marketing initiatives across client-facing divisions within the marketing department.
Vigilantly assessing and reporting the efficacy of marketing communications.
Strategizing and implementing marketing approaches for optimized client engagement.
Formulating and monitoring the quarterly and annual marketing budget.
Collaborating with client teams to architect campaigns fostering enhanced client-courier relationships.
Establishing seamless internal communication channels to ensure company-wide awareness of marketing objectives.
Designing a comprehensive onboarding process for incoming vendors.
Orchestrating the synchronization of marketing campaigns with concurrent sales

Requirements

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in crafting impactful communications across diverse scenarios.
Accomplished project management skills coupled with proven planning expertise.
Possessing a strategic and confident analytical mindset, adept at delving into multifaceted challenges and devising tactical solutions.
Proficiency in statistics and Excel, facilitating prompt identification of issues and inefficiencies.
Astute problem-solving and analytical capabilities, underscored by meticulous attention to detail.
Logical and data-centric approach to decision-making.
Proficiency in dissecting data to diagnose problems, coupled with the ability to deploy operational resources to resolve issues strategically.
Demonstrable track record in marketing, complemented by an aptitude and zeal for continuous learning.
Aptitude for numeracy, seamlessly navigating numerical data, interpreting metrics, and manipulating figures within spreadsheet environments.
