Job Description
● Responsible for business development and sales planning to ensure profitability and gain more market share in FMCG industry.
● Setting sales target to sales channel.
● Analyzing the previous marketing and sales campaigns and suggest better plans for future campaigns.
● Monitoring promotional trends and competitor actions by category, sub category, and priority channels.
● Exploring new opportunities from regular field visits and trade drives.
● Preparing market research report on competitor, customer activities (Bench Marking and Price Tracking file) and data analysis to identify sales opportunities with promotional ideas and material.
● Holding regular sales team meetings to develop sales, train, advance marketing goals.
● Weekly market visits in capital, monthly market visit in provinces are necessary.
● Developing projects to utilize potential growth in Speed's coverage area, across all distributor’s areas.
● Deploying initiatives, promotions, KPI sales, by brands, bhannels, and SKU.
