Job Description
Purpose of the Job:
To support the trade marketing and distribution systems and route to market development manager to coordinate and ensure effectiveness in the planning of integrated marketing strategies and plans in order to provide execution excellence in the TM&D initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
● Support creation of marketing strategies by creating & providing main data.
● Fulfill completion of instant reporting.
● Plan and coordinate field regular communications.
● Be the key contact person with regional planners and sales or marketing and finance in order to calculate monthly field force Incentive schemes and payments and ensure regular reporting.
● Analyze marketing dynamics to ensure correct implementation of FFIS KPIs and targets.
● Search for rooms for improvement on FFIS.
● Automate the reports and updates of FFIS.
● Ensure Monthly FFIS KPI and Target setting.
● Keep track of all RTM detailed timelines and schedules.
● Ensure the proper usage of common file storage, execute regular checks & publish reports.
● Create, publish hygiene, and dashboard reporting.
● Prepare distribution (daily sales reports, dashboards, etc.) at regular time intervals and on request by TMD Systems and the RTM development manager.
● Consolidate/report all information.
● Key data supporter of cycle plans.
