Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Managing Director to control and oversee the all business operations, people and ventures. Managing Director is responsible for giving strategic guidance and direction to the board to ensure that the Company achieves its financial vision, mission and long term goals. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders; - Provide strategic advices to the board and Chairman so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future; - Manage resources, including the attracting, hiring and retention of personnel; - Ensure employees move in the same strategic direction to achieve its mission; - Manage key personnel, stakeholders and service providers; - Promote the wellness of staff and implementing policies in line with labour legislation and health and safety guidelines to create a diverse and positive working environment; - Preparation of annual reports and attending/presenting at the board meetings; - Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue, lower operating costs while maintain quality products that are competitive; - Continuous monitoring of the annual budget and ensure that revenue/sales targets are met; - Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times; - Communicate and maintain trust relationships with business partners and authorities; - Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures; - Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance; - Read all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems; - Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.

Requirements

Requirements: - Proven experience as Managing Director or other managerial positions - Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans - Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company - Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance - Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills - Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities - BSc in engineering field with MSc/MA in business administration will be preferred;
