- In charge of deliverable of volume target market share as agreed with the senior manager of the company as monthly base.
- Operate promotion in the market as per the company policy and market needs.
- In charge of defining territory strategies to grow the volume year on year and also gaining market share.
- Responsible to grow the capability of the visitors and supervisors and all the subordinates in the given sales center.
- In charge of controlling the expenses of operation by optimizing the same without any mistake.
- Responsible for maintenance of stocks by SKU and ensure to shortage /excess in the stock keeping by controlling the mount of stocks.
-To ensure the fleet of the sales center be properly managed with optimized expenses on maintenance and fuel consumption.
-Tracking the visitor and the vehicle movement with the GPS support of central office ensuring discipline in the sale center.
- Responsible provide feedback and other essential report on sales and finance to manager in the central office.
- Degree in Commerce or Sales or management.
- Post graduation in management is desirable but not essential.
Minimum years of Experience:
- At least 8 years in a similar field and industry of which at least 3 should be as Area Manager handling more than one city or province.
- Strong market knowledge in terms of customers, processes, systems etc.
- Microsoft Office knowledge
