Monitor spare parts and consumables inventory.
Create procedural manuals that explain how to do maintenance tasks.
Estimate costs of labor and parts for industrial equipment maintenance.
Adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work.
Serve as a liaison between maintenance, operations, and sub-contractors.
Maintain records and files essential to maintenance management in CMMS.
Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the organization’s maintenance goals
Share knowledge and experience with other team members and help bring them to a higher level of competence through mutual assistance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering-related disciplines or equivalent certificate by the authorized institute.
For a Bachelor's degree at least 6 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, of which at least 3 years should be in executing maintenance planning activities.
Deep knowledge of maintenance environment and procedures.
Familiar with ISO-14224 or ISO-55000.
Deep knowledge of maintenance Planning.
Deep knowledge of CMMS and EAM.
Deep knowledge and understanding of standards regulations, and safety critical elements (SCE).
Good attitude, communication skills, self-starter with the ability to follow directions and work in a team environment.
Knowledge of HSE regulations and procedures.
Good oil and gas industry multi-disciplinary knowledge.
Advanced user of computer skills.
English is the official company working language; all documents and correspondence are in English.
Based on the requirements of the position, the ability to read, write, and communicate in English is essential.
