Job Description

  • Create maintenance schedules and generate work orders.
  • Monitor spare parts and consumables inventory.
  • Create procedural manuals that explain how to do maintenance tasks.
  • Estimate costs of labor and parts for industrial equipment maintenance.
  • Adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work.
  • Serve as a liaison between maintenance, operations, and sub-contractors.
  • Maintain records and files essential to maintenance management in CMMS.
  • Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the organization’s maintenance goals
  • Share knowledge and experience with other team members and help bring them to a higher level of competence through mutual assistance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering-related disciplines or equivalent certificate by the authorized institute.
  • For a Bachelor's degree at least 6 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, of which at least 3 years should be in executing maintenance planning activities.
  • Deep knowledge of maintenance environment and procedures.
  • Familiar with ISO-14224 or ISO-55000.
  • Deep knowledge of maintenance Planning.
  • Deep knowledge of CMMS and EAM.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of standards regulations, and safety critical elements (SCE).
  • Good attitude, communication skills, self-starter with the ability to follow directions and work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of HSE regulations and procedures.
  • Good oil and gas industry multi-disciplinary knowledge.
  • Advanced user of computer skills.
  • English is the official company working language; all documents and correspondence are in English.
  • Based on the requirements of the position, the ability to read, write, and communicate in English is essential.
