Job Description

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the transportation, warehousing, and delivery of our products. This role ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, inventory accuracy, and smooth day-to-day logistics operations.

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement efficient delivery schedules and routes
• Coordinate with production and sales to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock movement
• Negotiate and manage relationships with transport providers, vendors, and third-party logistics partners
• Track deliveries and resolve shipping, transport, or distribution issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety, food handling, and transportation regulations
• Analyze logistics performance and prepare reports on delivery times, costs, and operational efficiency
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve service quality
• Lead, train, and supervise logistics staff

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager
• Experience in FMCG, beverage, bottled water, or food distribution is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of transportation, fleet management, warehousing, and inventory systems
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of local transportation and distribution regulations
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Great leadership skills.
