Job Description
The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, from inventory management to final product delivery. This role focuses on ensuring cost-efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics operations while fostering strong relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end logistics operations
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency
• Coordinate with production and distribution teams to align logistics workflows
• Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Monitor logistics KPIs
• Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
• Manage the logistics team
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, preferably in FMCG and manufacturing.
• Proven track record of managing complex logistics operations.
Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of local and international transportation regulations and trade compliance.
