Job Description

The mission of this position at Zarrin Roya is to Carry out the affairs related to purchasing and choosing the right suppliers to make purchases with the right quality and price at the right time to achieve the goals of the local purchasing unit.

The key tasks and responsibilities of this position are as follows:

  • Analyzing industry trends and purchasing demand according to organizational strategies.
  • Identifying, checking, and evaluating potential suppliers in terms of quality, delivery time, and according to the needs of the organization.
  • Checking monitoring and controlling the products received from suppliers according to the desired and defined requirements.
  • Managing and supervising the presentation and evaluation of proposals, price requests, and negotiations with suppliers.
  • Reviewing and approving the purchase requests, taking into account the importance and budget, and the appropriate distribution of the requests among the team.
  • Submitting required reports related to purchase records to superiors.
  • Checking and analyzing the delivered invoices to be sent to the finance department.
  • Carrying out the necessary activities to control the cost in compliance with the rules, guidelines, and budget defined in the organization.
  • Carrying out the necessary activities in line with the management and review of contracts with suppliers in compliance with the rules and guidelines defined in the organization.
  • Establishing a relationship with the right suppliers negotiating the price and signing the contract.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a local purchasing supervisor.
  • Strong knowledge of principles of correspondence and writing.
  • Proficiency in principles and techniques of negotiation.
  • Ability in processes of internal and external purchasing.
  • Ability in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability in SAP-ERP.
  • People management and teamwork skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Accountability.
  • Outcome-oriented.
