Job Description

*Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading legal operations and internal policies to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Implementing contract management systems and standards to streamline legal documentation and approval processes.
  • Supporting business units by providing timely, practical legal advice to drive operational decisions.
  • Overseeing all legal aspects of business transactions to ensure compliance and reduce exposure.
  • Involving yourself in labor law matters, disputes, and negotiations to ensure fair and legal practices.
  • Collaborating with external legal counsel, regulators, and internal stakeholders to protect and advance the company’s interests.
  • Monitoring regulatory developments to anticipate potential impacts and recommend action.
  • Developing training and awareness initiatives to build legal literacy across teams.
  • Managing legal documentation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, MoUs, and NDAs.

  • You possess in-depth knowledge of legal systems and regulatory environments relevant to multinational companies.
  • You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.

  • You show high levels of integrity and discretion, especially in managing confidential or sensitive information.
  • You are detail-oriented and organized under pressure, able to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities.
