Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible to supervise legal and contractual relationships externally between entity and various counterparties as well as internally.
- Provide and revise various contract drafts, general terms and conditions to ensure adherence to company policies as well as Iran laws and regulations in both Farsi and English.
- Supervise and assist various stages of litigation matters and ensure legal and business risks are observed, addressed, and resolved.
- Provide legal opinion and consultation on legal and compliance matters.
- Ensure projects and activities undertaken by the business and various functions are compliant with internal policy and procedures as well as local regulations within the industry.
- Thorough investigation and research regarding all delegated matters and submission of legal repot and opinion in line with internal policies and regulations.
- Attend meetings incapacity of the legal representative with various internal and external stakeholders and providing legal assessment and analysis reflected in a properly via legal documentation.
- Assist the legal team in various referred matters based on received instruction.
