Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible to supervise legal and contractual relationships externally between entity and various counterparties as well as internally.

Provide and revise various contract drafts, general terms and conditions to ensure adherence to company policies as well as Iran laws and regulations in both Farsi and English.
Supervise and assist various stages of litigation matters and ensure legal and business risks are observed, addressed, and resolved.
Provide legal opinion and consultation on legal and compliance matters.
Ensure projects and activities undertaken by the business and various functions are compliant with internal policy and procedures as well as local regulations within the industry.
Thorough investigation and research regarding all delegated matters and submission of legal repot and opinion in line with internal policies and regulations.
Attend meetings incapacity of the legal representative with various internal and external stakeholders and providing legal assessment and analysis reflected in a properly via legal documentation.
Assist the legal team in various referred matters based on received instruction.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law.
At least 3 to 5 years of full-time legal work experience at a professional workplace.
Licensed by the Iran Central Bar Association is preferred.
Accurate and attentive to detail.
Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure.
Good at teamwork.
Proficient user of MS Office.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
