Job Description

● Drafting, Reviewing, and commenting on different types of contracts in English and Persian. ● Consulting on legal and compliance matters to ensure adherence to company policies as well as Iranian laws and regulations. ● Providing reports on laws and regulations and assisting the legal manager of the company on a wide range of legal issues. ● Investigating the company's challenges, weaknesses, and strengths in legal subjects. The headquarter is located in Vanak, Tehran.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor’s degree in Law. ● Maximum age: 35 years old. ● Military service status: done or permanent exemption for male candidates. ● At least 2 years of relevant work experience. ● Fluent in English. ● Familiarity with domestic and international contractual laws. ● Familiarity with tenders. ● Familiarity with registration matters.
