● Drafting, Reviewing, and commenting on different types of contracts in English and Persian.
● Consulting on legal and compliance matters to ensure adherence to company policies as well as Iranian laws and regulations.
● Providing reports on laws and regulations and assisting the legal manager of the company on a wide range of legal issues.
● Investigating the company's challenges, weaknesses, and strengths in legal subjects.
